Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. Creators and brands must provide accurate registration information. Instagram-related features require a professional Instagram (Creator or Business) account where applicable.

Musuvi supports creators, brands, agencies, and related team roles. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. Notify us immediately at hello@musuvi.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

• Brands may publish campaigns; creators may apply and collaborate subject to campaign rules and Musuvi workflows.
• You must not misrepresent reach, engagement, deliverables, or identity.
• Payments for collaborations may be processed through third-party providers (e.g. Razorpay). Additional payment terms may apply at checkout.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community.

If you connect Instagram or use Creator Tools (auto-messages, lead forms, link-in-bio, digital products), you also agree to Meta's and Instagram's terms and policies. You grant Musuvi permission to access Instagram data only as described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect Instagram at any time from your dashboard.

You are solely responsible for automated messages and content you configure. Automated experiences must comply with applicable law and platform policies, including disclosure requirements where required.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Musuvi a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate the Service (e.g. public profiles, campaign listings, messages). You represent that you have the rights to submit content and that it does not violate others' rights or applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for spam, fraud, harassment, or illegal activity
• Scrape or reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by law
• Circumvent security, rate limits, or access controls
• Impersonate others or create misleading profiles
• Use Instagram automation to violate Meta policies or user expectations

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific campaign outcomes, or accuracy of third-party data (including Instagram metrics). To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Musuvi and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you have not paid us.

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion as described in our Data Deletion Instructions. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-app notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in India, unless we agree to an alternative forum.
